At Correia Watch’s, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction with every order.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Final sale items

Personalized or custom products

Products damaged through normal use

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
